About Aeon Security
AEON Security Ltd. is a UK based company that provides security services to its Customers, staffed by Security Officers who are, where necessary, trained by the Company (to SIA Licencing and BS 7499 requirements) and who are security screened by the Company (to BS 7858 requirements) and who are SIA Licensed or covered by SIA License Dispensation Notice.
AEON has identified a number of high-level business objectives based upon its stated policy commitment to excellence in quality and service.
- To maintain a profitable business with sustainable, controlled growth by maintaining Client satisfaction at all times, through the following supporting objectives:
- To satisfy the contractual needs of our customers while seeking to improve our service beyond these basic requirements.
- To nurture and develop employees in order to grow the business organically
- To protect the Clients’ interest by operating and communicating effectively and promptly at all times.
- To strive to identify problems pro-actively and to take preventive measures to eliminate the cause of problems.
- To maintain customer focus by providing innovative services when an issue arises and agreement is reached to sustain a safe and consistent product.
- To achieve and maintain registration to ISO 9001 and the SIA ACS.
These objectives are explained to all employees at induction, in terms of how than can and should be achieved in practical terms.
In support of the high-level objectives, a number of supporting lower-level objectives are periodically determined to address short-term, medium-term and long-term needs of the business and indirectly, our Clients. These are documented as part of our ISO 9001 and SIA ACS Management Review process.
