Founder & Managing Director:

Javaid Mahmood – Founding AEON was the culmination of his previous 15 years’ practical and commercial experience, following a hands-on career progressing to senior management in the retail and catering trades. His objective: to provide the direction and resources to promote the sustainable, profitable growth of this national business through best practice and continual improvement of business processes and customer service.
Contracts and Training Manager:

Nadim Anwar – Previous career highlight: Commissioned Officer VR(T) in the Royal Air Force (RAF). Currently also a voluntary Air Training Corps officer – personal mission: to help young people achieve their full potential – professional mission: as a SITO / SIA approved Training Manager, to provide the best security training and to encourage and assist the company’s employees to achieve excellence. His primary business responsibilities comprise deputising fore the Managing Director, organising and maintaining ongoing client liaison and communications between the company’s operations team and organisations and implementation of training programmes to meet the company’s needs and those if its clients.
Javaid Mahmood and Nadim Anwar have been associates since attending full time further education in 1978, an established long term relationship is one of the major reasons for the company’s formation and success.
Business and Regulatory Compliance Consultant (Retained)

John Lane – Over 30 years’ business, process and productivity performance improvement experience including 15 years in implementing practical solutions to statutory and regulatory compliance issues, with over 17 years involvement in manufacturing (including food production), warehousing, distribution and retail industries. He has spent much of the last 12 years of his consulting career in advising and providing hands-on support to the security industry.
John Lane’s position is a part-time, non-executive role - one which requires not only advisory input but also hands-on support to top management.
